Stickies basically show up above non-stickied topics (so basically, pinned topics) in forums and are stickied if found useful.
Bumping is when you bring the topic to the front page (though you don’t need to do it for stickies like this because it is always on the front page, they never have more than a page of them)

You didn't bold the text. It also needs to match the category listed in the OP. If it isn't in that exact format, the script won't find it. I've fixed it here for you so it should work.

Oh, actually it is supposed to be “comet” jk. Fixed.

I'm adjusting the script to remove closed topics, since we don't really need them in here. ScratchDB doesn't pick up when they get closed right away though, so some won't disappear for a bit.

A bunch weren't getting picked up because of the wrong category name. I made the script warn when an invalid category is found. Hopefully this should be correct.
