Notifications for when users heart your post

Hearting testing site is not a real post and will not be allowed because that counts asking for hearts. I am using this as a demo only

And maybe you wont be allowed to ask for hearts

Um, if you use a like this image it will filter it as well by: it may have like in the filename, it will detect text and images to see if it is a like this image plus this will not trigger it only on this suggestion url for the OP because it is just a suggestion

As someone said, some people want to personalize it to upvotes just like other forums.

This would be a good alternative to ocular reactions, as I'm pretty sure not a lot of people know what ocular is, and ocular might be blocked for some people. Support.

I mean, kind of, it depends on how it's detecting asking for hearts, if it's looking for “heart this” anywhere in the post, it could misfire if someone were to write "This is cool, I'm gonna heart this“, so if it does look for ”heart this" anywhere in the post, I think it should just alert the scratch team to remove it so that if it's a filter misfire, it won't get removed.

also, while this is a good idea in theory i don't actually see many uses for it that quoting cant do

also another thing, why ban asking for hearts? its not like they do anything, they are puely visual

I will make it so people can change (a personlization option) to upvotes. But hearts (it is the ST”s theme) are part of THEIR theme.

Yes it is spam and a counter and a button is more efficient and people can see how many and love it
