thanks to the official dnb lore i'd call ether expunged some sort of godlike entity from a dimension that hes likely created that someone else gets access to by doing certain things (like daves stress for example), or some sort of being that was likely supposed to be an experiment to create a god or anything similar, but thanks to expunged… it failed.
or i could just headcanon him as an anticheat program that turned sentient and also became a virus, and maybe managed to TAKE HIS CREATORS HOME TO HIMSELF.
anyways i'd think his actual name would be like [EXPUNGED_DATA] or anything like it for now

Tristan:- The key to defeating the one who name shall not be stated. A heart of gold that will never become faded

Recurser:- A being of chaos that wants to spread ORDER. Despite this, his sanity is at the border
So much for Recurser being 2 dudes in one

It took me a long time to write this, but I finally finished writing a story about Tristan and Dave.

“Tristan's Courage” by @k0d3rrr
One night, while dreaming about dancing through a meadow, Tristan heard weird noises coming from the basement, some of which sounded like sci-fi lasers. 'W-What the…?“, he mumbled, wiping dust from his eyes.

Tristan leapt from his bed, then crept towards the basement stairs. He opened the door, and there was nothing but darkness. The only things that were visible were the stairs and the walls. Tristan tiptoed quietly down the steps, holding a dim flashlight in his right hand. With every step, the air around him grew colder, and his breathing grew louder. As he reached the end of the stairs, he heard someone laugh uncontrollably. ”I AM THIS CLOSE TO BECOMING A GOD!“, a voice shouted from the basement, followed by more maniacal laughter. Tristan paused for a moment, then continued to tiptoe down the steps until he reached the basement.

As he turned around the corner, Tristan found Dave using his machine… on himself. ”DAVE, WHAT THE H(ECK) ARE YOU DOING!?", Tristan shouted. Dave couldn't hear Tristan's voice. In fact, he couldn't hear anything but his own voice. “I WILL BECOME A GOD, AND EVERYONE WILL LOOK UP TO ME!”

Tristan quickly ran to a power outlet next to the machine and unplugged it. The instant the machine shut down, Dave fell onto the floor with a loud thud. When he finally regained consciousness, he was sitting down on an old sofa, and Tristan was sitting next to him. He turned to face Tristan with an expression of regret on his face. “I'm sorry, son. I didn't know what came over me. At first, I felt a surge of power, but then that power took over my mind, and it turned me into a…a monster.” “It's okay, dad.” Tristan said, fighting back his tears. “I saved you from almost dying. It's the least I can do.”

Dave put his hand on Tristan's back. “You're a great kid. You know that, right?” Upon hearing these words, Tristan hugged Dave as tightly as he could. “Aww…” Dave shed a few tears, seeing that his son really does care about him.

I don't already have any terminal entries for my DnB OCs, so I will write them now.

Strawberry - Although she tries to be so kind, in the end she always finds, the darkness from within escapes, taking over her body and mind.

Anti-Strawberry - Her skull and red eyes show her rage, 'twas written in a journal page, "she shows no fear, but is feared by all, she has purple hair as dark as nightfall".

DAV3 - 1's and 0's, he holds in his hands, he stays true to himself, not following trends. At times he feels weak, but in the end, he knows when life is bleak, he's supported by friends.

True k0d3rrr - Like his creator, he has lots of fun, but the dark reality keeps shattering his peaceful sun. The rainclouds keep coming back and ruining his day, even though he really wants the storms to go away.

I focused more on the DAQ terminal entries being vague, like Starclan prophecies. Fitting, since the 3D Realm plays the role of Starclan in Don't Ask Questions.
Here are just a few:

Hydra: Cut off one head, and two more take its place. The coincidence is not lost on her.
Hydra (missing): We love you. We miss you. Come back.
Bandu: Even the friendliest faces hide doubts.
Expunged: Unbridled desire, once cruel, now indifferent.
Notmentallyokaystar: He can only be himself when he's not himself.
Banjex: Power, resilience, wit - all buried under a constant euphoria.
Zed: “Stop struggling.” Those two words have plagued him since the beginning of time.
Marion: Once an innocent young girl, now a cruel puppet master.
Shed: Those claws tear flesh as easily as the one he trusted tore him apart.
