Ability to change custom block color/section

Idea: It would show both in custom blocks and the motion section, but in the motion section, it's under text saying “Custom blocks”.

Usually when something's left unspecified I think of that as the developers having the freedom to choose the best way to implement, that's just the way I thought they would implement it.

Support. This could be easier for some other users as one block corresponds to a block category. If you didn’t like it, then you could just disable that feature AND those custom blocks that were in different categories can also be in the “My blocks” category.

I don't think that adding “::motion” is the best way to implement this. Maybe a dropdown menu would work instead.
