That is a modded version of scratch so it's not scratch's fault if it doesn't work because they didnt make it. Ask the develepors of that mod to troubleshoot it.

K first of all thats not how html works
Windows has a specific dev for everything that makkes it loook like windows
Chrome OS is a lot different u need to change all the devs and still check for code that might not work on a chromebook after all. This is stuff that would take more than 4 gb ram or things that the chromebook just cant run
