My favorite conspiracy theory is from my history teacher. He thinks one of the moon landings was staged. He showed us a picture of a rover, but it had no tracks behind it.

Paul is dead.
John was killed by the FBI.

Not that I believe it, just thought I'd put it out there

I can clearly see tracks behind the wheels. They could have just been going in a straigh line, or the tracks behind it could have been non visible from the angle the photo was shot.

I've never heard the latter one, but I find the former quite interesting

There are only like 100 people in the world. The ones you see just transform into the other ones when you don't see them.

I believe ALL moon landings were faked. There's a crater on the moon that looks EXACTLY like one in Nevada.

I've heard some people say that the 8.9 magnitude earthquake in Japan back in 2011 was caused by people. I have no idea how that could be, though. I don't believe it.

Those aren't really conspiracy theories, however, they're just superstitious. Most conspiracy theories are meant to be plausible in some way or another.

did you go there? have you been to the nevada desert before? because in pretty much all the pictures you see, there are plants and/or water erosion, and it's like that in real life too. if you look at a good picture of a crater on earth, there are extremely obvious parts on the side that show where runoff (from rain, because, you know, it does rain in the desert sometimes) went into the meteor. it's pretty obviously not anything like the pictures of the moon. also, I'm pretty sure there's been more than one crater shown on the moon.

So instead of the Matrix being constructed from sentient machines, they come from our descendants using it to study the past.

That's an interesting idea, but if they're able to do something like that, why cant they have built a time machine and just studied us that way?
