Allow me to explain, please.

There are 2 meanings of Scratch projects:

• project that has a relation with Scratch
  project on Scratch
  

I figured out new users might be confused by all the “fork” and “react-js” stuff, so I thought about explaining what this section of the forum is.

Scratch is mainly used by children, and they might not understand all these terms when they decide to look here, they might post a simple:

What does all this stuff mean?

To save them from being embarrassed by programmers that understand these terms, please post something explaining what this section of the forum is about.
