How did someone just call me by my real name?!
Like not even joking, someone on Scratch said my real name to me.
Idk how, because I don't have my real name anywhere on the internet.
I would put an image, but like I said I don't like showing my real name to people on the internet.

No, they called me by my REAL NAME, not Scratch username. My guess would be at at some point you told someone irl about your scratch account and forgot about it

This is the most likely scenario. Or if you use the same username somewhere else they might also know by simply searching the same username on Scratch. Also is your name by any chance Andy?No what I mean is you told someone irl who knows your real name about your scratch accountNo, they called me by my REAL NAME, not Scratch username. Re-read what they said. This probably happened. They can't find your irl name if you never told them, either that or they geussed. No, they called me by my REAL NAME, not Scratch username. My guess would be at at some point you told someone irl about your scratch account and forgot about it

If your name is Andy or something they probably guessed. It's not that, is it?

To be fair, if your real name is “Andy Gun,” I don’t blame them for knowing your real name.
Anyway, be careful how much you share about yourself on Scratch. If people know, perhaps, your real first name, age, state you live in, and birthday, for example, it will be rather easy to track you down. That’s why it’s against the rules to share both your age and birth date, but you can share one or the other. Knowing a little information is okay, but if you give them a lot of little bits of info, you’ll be really easy to track down.

Yeah, I've never even spoke to them until like yesterday. To be fair, if your real name is “Andy Gun,” I don’t blame them for knowing your real name.

I mean, it depends on whatever stuff you’ve revealed in the past. People can go looking for that. I’ve seen some people’s About Me’s that are so packed with personal info that I could probably track them easily if I wanted to. (Of course, I would not do that.) You just have to be careful about what you reveal. Yeah, I've never even spoke to them until like yesterday.

I haven't really revealed any info about myself, so I'm quite unsure how this happened.I mean, it depends on whatever stuff you’ve revealed in the past. People can go looking for that. That’s intriguing. If that’s the case, I have a few theories: I haven't really revealed any info about myself, so I'm quite unsure how this happened.
- Someone figured out your password and checked your Account Settings and saw your email address. If your password is really simple and/or obvious, this is a likely guess.
- Someone found you on another site, where they discovered some of your personal information. It can be anything, really; even educational sites, as long as they know it’s owned by you.
- As mentioned before, that person may know you in real life, or they know someone else who knows your name.

That's true, that's why I barely give any Personal information about me, To be fair, if your real name is “Andy Gun,” I don’t blame them for knowing your real name.

Hmmm. I think the same like the others or they guessed or yeah. You can report the comment where they said your real name. But what about your YT channel? You may have given any Personal info there. Like not even joking, someone on Scratch said my real name to me.
