Beginner Ideas
1. Random Sentence Generator
Create your own random sentence generator to make funny sentences (e.g. My dog ate the whole house!)! This is a good practice for lists, variables and operators.

2. A Looping Animation
Animating this can just use a few simple blocks at minimum! Create a looping animation (sort of like a GIF) that can just make you laugh, make you cry, or something else!

3. A Simple Platformer
Make a simple platformer, using variables, motion blocks and more! You can add cosmetics, levels, and more to make the game fun!

4. Wait 5 Minutes or More
Create a game where you wait a certain amount of time to win… or do you? Add surprises at the end, like a secret platformer, to shock the player once they've ‘won’!

5. Parallax
Create a relaxing parallax to relax or to entertain. Have fun with some mouse blocks and art!

Intermediate Ideas
1. Your Very Own Pop-It
Create a pop-it project with many ‘poppy-dinglehopper-thingamajigs’ to play around with. Use your knowledge of clones to do this amazing project!

2. Day n' Night
Create your own Day and Night cycle project that shows how time is! Use effects like ‘color’, or maybe use some motion blocks for the moving sun!

3. Don't Press the Button
If you've seen a Roblox game like this, yes, it's exactly that. Press the button and a random surprise may pop out! Holy smokes!

4. Text-Based Adventure
Like the famous ‘Inspect Element’ game, create a text-based video game adventure, with many surprises and magic.

5. Clicker
Make a clicker game with shops that sell skins, backgrounds and more. Make it entertaining and perhaps add some secrets? Who knows what you'll add?

6. A Secret Cipher
Or should I say, h zljyla jpwoly! Create a custom secret cipher that you can encode and decode, and maybe use it for ARGs or hidden riddle messages! You could possibly use Base64, but maybe that might be a bit hard.

7. Bump
Like bumping in the forums, make a bump simulator where you… bump up posts, making them get more views!

8.A Scrolling Adventure
Create a scrolling platformer, where you can explore a variety of levels, worlds and more!

Advanced Ideas
1. Calculator
Create a calculator project with buttons, inputs and more. That may be enough to stump you!

2. RPG Ideas
Some RPG ideas for you:
2.1. Create an RPG battle, showcasing an enemy or two.
2.2 Create a full RPG game in Scratch, with enemies, bosses and the overworld.

3. Endless Random Platformer Generator
Create an endless platformer that generates random levels! This could be quite hard.

4. Reverse Game
Create a game that allows you to reverse time and go back to your original state! Speaking of time, this may take a LOT of time to make.

5. Chatbot
Create a chatbot project with realistic responses. You could use advanced AI or word detection but you will have a lot of fun making this!

6. Vote Only Once
Make a voting system so when you vote, you can't vote again, even if you refresh. You'll be on ‘Cloud’ 9 with this project once you finish it!

7. A Non-Euclidian Engine
Create a non-Euclidian maze game, except it's a raycaster, features enemies, power-ups, a story and maybe it will be a whole game! I don't know, since it's your choice.

I think that would fit more in Advanced, since I also base the difficulty on the time it takes. Of course, it's different for everyone, though. I will add it.
