Ok, so a few weeks ago, the amount of followers/followings has been disabled so people couldn't brag about how many follows/followings, right? WRONG. If you click on the followers/following list, it still displays the amount, so they are still being follow-all people.

Don't take it off! I want to know how many people're following me or someone else, and you can count the number of followers on the list. Time consuming? Yes. Or do you want to remove that, too? Might as well just remove following altogether, then, seeing as it's only used to “brag about how many following/followers”.

total followers = 60 * (pages - 1) + followers on last page

and do you really think this will stop f4f accounts? we'll have to remove the page counts too, but that takes away too much freedom from the users.

a better alternative in my opinion is let it die out by never mentioning it.

The view all thing was intended. I didn't support removing it from the profile and I don't support this suggestion.
There will never not be follow-accounts. Even if you remove the list of followers, people will still follow. You might as well removing following as a whole if you give a crud so much about these accounts.

Meh. Following is stupid if you ask me. The only reason I follow people is because I'm interested in what they are doing. If the activity was majorly changed, I would probably be following no one and suggest getting rid of it as well.

But, I would have to no support unless if the activity system is changed in which case following would pretty much only be for creating a gap between popular and newb.

I think that Blaze is saying that if the numbers on the profile page bother you so much that you make a forum topic about them and/or complain about them until they are completely removed, you are really overdoing it and probably shouldn't be spending so much time on the computer, worried about how “terrible” the numbers are, when in fact, they are just numbers, and yay for run on sentences, and yay, potatoes shall dominate the world, anyway, yay,

okay now I have no clue how to finish that sentence. xD

They aren't just “numbers.” That's like saying that world population, national debt, or age are just numbers. They correspond to something in real life even though they are technically just numbers. If it were removed, the community would be better if you really think about it. Fame doesn't do much but make people arrogant. At least this kind of fame does.

It's MY opinion, not yours. I have a different view.
