Make it more clear that there is a 300 clone limit

When you first make a cloud variable, a one-time pop-up comes up saying you can only put numbers in cloud variables, not letters and symbols. This could be done the same for a clone pop up when you first drag a clone block into the code area.

I just tested out that JavaScript window.alert() command and I think this is a great idea because [dramatic crying]I have seen SO MANY suggestions talking about increasing the 300 clone limit, and that's both useless and rejected.[/dramatic crying]
(Don't question why, I know it didn't steal any personal information because it didn't say THAT in the code, and it didn't show any RESULTS relating to any of my passwords being leaked.)

What if a new scratcher got scratcher status via making projects that didn't use clones/used under 250 clones and then made a project with 250+ clones as a Scratcher?

Support. My projects get laggy if it gets to 300 clones. Certain Scratch Browser Extensions tell you how many clones you have got as well.

I support! This would help reduce some confusion. Maybe they will get another warning once they get to 300 that says:

You have reached the 300 clone limit you will no longer be able to make clones
