I noticed a missing translation on the “For Developers”-Site. Its the German translation of the “Are there rules to using this code in my application”-Part.
I suggest the following translation:

@FuchsCrafter there are more than 30,000 words to translate on the Scratch website, and all the translation is done by volunteers. The Developers page is very low priority for translation since anyone working on the Scratch code will need to understand English.
