Asdfghjkl audibly sighed.
“What's wrong?” asked Qwertyuiop.
“My topic is not being noticed, is important, and is off the front page!” complained Asdfghjkl.
Suddenly, a silhouette of a figure swooped down from the sky. They had a familiar black wardrobe, with a yellow and black logo printed in the middle of their cape.
“Batman!” gasped Asdfghjkl and Qwertyuiop.
"No. I am Bumpman," the mysterious stranger said in a deep voice.
Bumpman flew off into the sky and bumped Asdfghjkl's topic off the third page. Then, without a word, he left again.

Asdfghjkl stared up at the sky for a moment, puzzled. Then he sat back onto his lawn chair in stunned silence.
”What was that about?“ asked Qwertyuiop.
There was a pause.
”I don't know, but at least my topic is bumped,“ finally said Asdfghjkl.
Qwertyuiop pondered for a moment. Slowly but surely, an idea was forming in his mind.
”What if…what if we do some detective work?“ he asked.
”What do you mean?“ asked Asdfghjkl, confused and alarmed at this seemingly reckless idea.
”We could invite Zxcvbnm to help us. It would be just like old days, remember?“
They both smiled at the memory of their younger detective years.
”Alright…let's do it," proclaimed Asdfghjkl.
They gathered their belongings, and headed over to Zxcvbnm's apartment.

Asdfghjkl thought of how to broach the situation. Zxcvbnm was already retired, and never seemed very enthusiastic about his job. But he was an ex-detective, and they needed his experience.
”Could you…could you help us figure something out?“
Zxcvbnm thought for a moment.
”Well, what sort of ‘something’ is it?“ he finally asked.
”It's detective work,“ Qwertyuiop spit out, before she had time to second-think it.
A smile spread across Zxcvbnm's face.
”Sure, kids," he said with a smirk. Asdfghjkl and Qwertyuiop were sixteen, but Zxcvbnm was 64 – 16 four times, and he didn't let them forget it.

I created a YouTube video a couple of weeks ago using the Scratch Logo in the thumbnail and in the video itself, will I get in trouble?

then scratch has no legal grounds for suing people who will corporately use those assets

No, you shouldnt

Trademarks are registered with the US patient office and trademark office. That’s all that is really needed. A trademark owner can just tell someone to not use their trademark.
