I do understand most things, but I just want to point something out:

Most of the projects from that studio are just GAMES, not TUTORIALS. I don’t really find that a “good thing”. That means that over 50% OF THE ‘verification’ STUDIO’S PROJECTS are simple advertisements! This is a problem with it and, if it keeps going on, that studio could probably end worse than roblox’s 2018 ‘forum advertisement’ crisis! This might need to change soon.

I agree with @incorrect_username13 -

Most of the projects ARE GAMES. There should be an equal amount of Tutorials and Games at LEAST. At MOST - Tutorials.

Great! Make sure you add it to the submissions studio, and then a curator or reviewer will review it as soon as they can

Scratch Welcoming Committee curators are not chosen on request and are chosen by current curators and the Scratch Team. If you are seen helping around the community or you are an active reviewer, you may get chosen to curate. For more information, see this project.
