More options for say blocks?

Im requesting not a list also this is not dupe if it is tell me and i will request to close this

ask [] for (2) secs
ask []
yell [] for (2) secs
yell []
whisper [] for (2) secs
whisper []

I semi-support this, but because I have questions.
What would “yell” look like? What would “whisper” look like?
This a creative suggestion that I think could be nice, adding more emotions to a sprite so they are more real.

According to the scratch wiki, this block existed in Scratch 2.0 pre-alpha:

I never saw a speech bubble dedicated to asking a question before – you could be asking a question while shouting, talking or whispering, can't you?. Yelling is also the same as shouting.

1. the ask block in the topic is different than the one here. this is a speech bubble, not the ask block with no wait that they were asking about.
2. shout and whisper are dupes, but not the wait ones.
3. again they were asking for a speech bubble one.

what do you mean, the op has a yell, which is the same as shout and a whisper, as well as the wait ones there
