Making "Studio Updates"
1+ I like the idea of posting announcements in a page meant for it instead of using the studio description, but I would change the part were that there can be only 1 posted each day because other managers might make it hard for you to post important announcements, I would change it so that each manager could only post 1 each day

That sounds like a good idea!
I feel like it would be a bit better if each manager could send out something like, for example, one to two each week.
There could even be a warning for the studio owner:
It looks like two studio updates from Studio Name have already been sent out today! Managers have been disabled from sending out studio updates for the rest of the day.The owner could still send out an update, however.
Or there could even be an “allow managers to send out studio updates” check-box… now you're giving me ideas…
OR there could be a limit like “one manager and the owner may send out a studio update in any given day”, so that even if a manager uses up the update, the owner could still send out one.
All hail the king of the page!

maybe add a cooldown? semi support. This will just spam a user's message box, if both the studio and owner are very active, and this can lead into PMing, which is banned on Scratch.
bye!

Yep! That was added to the OP; probably something such as one update per day or week.maybe add a cooldown? semi support. This will just spam a user's message box, if both the studio and owner are very active, and this can lead into PMing, which is banned on Scratch.
bye!
It wouldn't be any more irritating than the “There was new activity in ____ today” messages, and if you're getting too many updates, you can just leave the studio.

I like this idea. It could be used to notify followers of the studio for updates on rules, events, and projects that you can add.

Great ideaMaybe there could be a tab on each studio, like the ones for projects, comments, curators, and activity, called “updates” which anyone can view. How do you propose that this will prevent private messaging?
also Full support to OP
