Community Guidelines Update
Can this get frontpaged? It seems pretty important.
Besides, the Scratch Week thing is basically a week old now :P

That's much better. Now it mentions things like spam, chainmail, and I always found the Community Guidelines to be weirdly small. Good job!

I wish you had not used the word “spam” without defining it. It’s a sort of made-up word (Thank you Monty Python) that usually means commercial email sent out in bulk.
Or maybe you intentionally used the Trademarked name of a certain luncheon meat. What would you do if they put the Scratch Cat on their little cans?
To avoid misinterpretation by people and editors that restate policy posted by the Scratch Team it would have been better to have explicitly said that “commercial” and “off-topic” comments are not allowed. (See, I’m putting my own bias into defining what is meant by “Spam”. It’s just too easy to interprete this term through an editor’s personal bias.)

Community Guidelines Update
Hey folks!
We've made some updates to our Community Guidelines in hopes of making them a bit more clear. You can check them out here, or there is a link at the bottom of every page.
Scratch On!

I think it's great!

Looks much better! It’s amazing how little posts announcements get when there not on the front page.

Agreed, the CG’s are important as they keep the website safe. This is front page news. Can this be mentioned in the “Scratch News” part of the front page? It'll make it more clear …
