Finished Scratch 2 emulator player - please give feedback as I may be able to help with scratch 3
Hello fellow Scratchers,
I've finished my Scratch 2 emulator and am looking for any feedback - mainly projects. It has Lists, Effects, Cloud vars (via webRTC), Mobile phone button overlay + tons of tricky projects emulated. This is my second emulator (1st was NES). The best part was fixing tricky projects and multiplayer
It works best on Chrome.
https://htmlgames.github.io/htmlgames/differences/UAT/itchy/index.html#zip
Once the page has loaded you can remove the word zip from the url, press enter for a list of test projects or paste a project number below the main project window.
For Multi player it's best to start roughly together so that the sessions sync up. It should work on tablets as well.
I may have some time to help with Scratch 3 too!
Cheers,

This is incredible! Scratch MIT should hire you. I put in a project that is around 10 FPS on normal scratch into the emulator and it ran at 30 for me.

It says android apk, but … how do I get the file to save as a standalone apk?, it doesn't seem possible …. why say apk if it isn't one?
Am I missing something? … I was hoping this would be a quick way to convert games over from scratch to apk for use with android tablets/phones natively without the constant need of the internet. This seems to only convert scratch games onto a website that plays the file.
Maybe is there a way to save the website onto android and run it locally and then wrap it up as an apk somehow and sign the file for use in app stores?

MabonBaladevaKain – apk generation works - you need to sign the downloaded zip file (using say ZipSigner 2 from the play store) as I cannot do this yet in javascript.
Tick Android apk then drag and drop your sb2 file onto it. Wait for the download. Sign the file and install the signed apk file.
I've made quite a few apk's this way.

Closing since this was necro'd and OP doesn't appear to be active anymore. Let us know if you need it re-opened.
