Its probably because the image hosting sites I've seen require setting up an account and providing an email address, which not everyone is comfortable with sharing online. Thus, asking someone else to do it for them would be easier for some people. If you have no issues with using these sites directly, then the feature is likely not aimed towards you.

As far as I know, banners are just wide images that display a title and relevant graphics. I'm not sure there's a specific set of requirements to make something a banner, though.

Ordering: Simple Tileset
Description:
This is a bit confusing if you haven't made tilesets before:

- All tiles should be originally 8x8 pixels upscaled to be 32x32.
- There should be 2 sets of tiles:
- One of a meadow or grassy field
- One of a path

- Each tileset should have 5 costumes
- Each costume has a different border
- Here is a rough idea of the outline could look like. The outlines should be in the same positions, but they can look different. (the sizing on this project is correct)

- The color should be bright and happy
