I only want certain people to reply and talk to me as others disagree with me for no reason and are mean.
I want to make a whitelist of people that can talk and reply to me - on the website and the forums
I'm so close to quiting.

Much Support. I think this would be especially useful for spammers. Randoms have started commenting on my profile telling my followers to unfollow me for no reason, I would like to block them from commenting on my profile for continuing to do that.

No support. Scratch is a community place, you can't restrict who gets something.

This is just a reverse ignore list, so I think that this should still be rejected. Trying to block out responses from people who don't fully agree with you just because you don't want to hear them is a selfish and rude thing to do, by the way.

Gotta agree with the2000 here, this could potentially lead to some form of private chatting which would probably make this rejected. I guess you're right on that one. On that note, I say no support. Scratch is meant to be fully accessible, and if they can't access your account, they may not be trying to harm you, and may get confused

It honestly seems like a way to get to private chatting, As you can select the people that can and cannot talk to you.
But I kinda realize it's not Private Chatting as you're talking in public, It's just that certain people can't reply.

No support. This looks like a replacement to the “Block users” suggestion, which is rejected.
Oh, and looks like private chatting too, but anyone can see your message. I feel like this feature could be abused to perform stuff not following the CG.

I'm kinda sure that this suggestion falls under being rejected
Also, on the forums? If that was done on the forums then that would basically break things like the forum helpers, and people looking around to make sure that a suggestion isn't a dupe, or rejected.
This is such a horrible idea, and “privacy” isn't even an upside, when you are sharing you're projects(in my opinion at least), you want to see who will see that project.
If someone's mean, just report them. If they disagree with you, then that's okay, they 8.6 Blocking or ignoring Scratchersare their own person, if you don't agree with that, then you're a really toxic person.
This suggestion refers to an optional system that makes it so that you do not have to see comments that a particular user posts. This feature existed in Scratch 1.4, but the Scratch Team found that it buried any problems rather than solving them. Even if you block a user, that does not stop them from harassing other Scratchers. If someone is being disrespectful, be sure to report that user with the Report button, or use the Contact Us link if the situation requires more explanation.

No support, this could lead to a reverse engineered version of private chatting.
