i thought that maybe yall could make a user picture block to use in switch to background or switch to costume block or in other stuff like maybee when we can make chatrooms it can show our user picture if put in a join user picture,answer

Sorry, but chatrooms are currently BANNED. No chatrooms. Why, you ask? Too much of a moderation headache. The ST can't always swoop in and save the day and delete all firewar-starting posts before they are seen. They don't have enough people and/or money, and Scratch is free. Plus, consider how many active users there are, and how popular chats would be if they were allowed… they'd be EVERYWHERE.

Again, sorry, but Scratch will probably always be chatroom free unless some miracle solution is found. The solution is probably guarded by a dragon on a remote island or something…

This might be good, for preselected message chats. Not for free chats.

Or for like a game, you can use their icon to show visually who it is.

Okay, I see what you mean, but you might want to be more specific. Just change “chatrooms” to “Safechats.”
