My Idea for a Theoretical 1.4 mode
The other day, I realized that I really liked the 1.4 site. So why wait for the ST to make a 1.4 mode? I have no idea how this programming works, so bear with me.
So basically, someone could make a site that received information from the 2.0 site. It would display the data from the 2.0 site and display it in the 1.4 format. You could send data to the 1.4 site, which would be passed to the 2.0 site. Of course, whoever managed the 1.4 site would have to be a trustworthy person, perhaps a community moderator.
If someone was able to do this, that would be beyond epic!

Actually, something you can do without needing the Scratch Team to make it is create a userscript/addon for your browser to turn it into the old website format. The pages should already give you all the information and content you need, you can just use a userscript to modify the layout.

Oh, cool! But I never said you needed the Scratch Team to make this. We Also Need Bookmarklets for 2.0, Like the “Vaccine” (Back when you couldn't put up images in the forum, people make a bookmarklet which gave you the feature back plus more) But With More “Wow”. Like Being Able To split the site and the editor between the screen or something.
