here's why I said 2-3 If someone made a project using swear words, with thesay []block, then it would need more than one report to be taken down, then that wouldn't be good.
I think that if it has swearing, at least 2 people will report it User A doesn't like User B. User B has a project with 2 views. User A reports a project by User B. User B's project s taken down. User A does this to a bunch of projects by User B. User B gets banned. User B is sad.

Yes but what about those who exploit this and if the project gets taken down. The Scratch Team already check reports. I feel adding anything different will be highly controversial. If you get false reported, you wouldn't know so you have no need to be angry as you suffer no consequences. I also find this suggestion confusing as everyone has completely different ideas which would be debated differently.here's why I said 2-3 If someone made a project using swear words, with thesay []block, then it would need more than one report to be taken down, then that wouldn't be good.I think that if it has swearing, at least 2 people will report it User A doesn't like User B. What about a project with lots of views and a low chance of finding inappropriate content?
Etc.
@IdonotfollowtheCommunityGuidelines has a game with 10K views and counting.
He has seven swear words in the game, but only 3% of the community will find them.
They report, but @IdonotfollowtheCommunityGuidelines deletes all comments saying there are bad words.
It would take a /lot/ of work to get the project reported.
Edit: Thanks @(forgot)

1. I doubt something like that would happen What about a project with lots of views and a low chance of finding inappropriate content?

2. I'm suggesting this to be the new automod system, not the entire moderation system, so reports will still be reviewed
3. AKA stands for also known as, I think you mean ex. [/offtopic]

What's wrong with the current system? The current mods seem to be OK with it

the current system has mass reporting as a problem and mass reporting gets projects taken down even if they're appropriate What's wrong with the current system? The current mods seem to be OK with it

It's also extremely effective in taking inappropriate projects down before a moderator reviews them. A few false positives are to be expected with a system so efficient. And besides, what's so bad about a project being taken down for a few days? Oh yeah, the numbers can't go up :(((mass reporting gets projects taken down even if they're appropriate What's wrong with the current system? The current mods seem to be OK with it

How does your proposed solution solve this problem? Scratchers can still “mass report” a project based on your new algorithm.the current system has mass reporting as a problem and mass reporting gets projects taken down even if they're appropriate What's wrong with the current system? The current mods seem to be OK with it

also, don't mass reports get the user banned until the project is reviewed?
projects on trending won't be mass reported as much since they have more viewsHow does your proposed solution solve this problem? No, since I get a lot of comments on my profile from Scratchers asking me to review their “mass reported” project. also, don't mass reports get the user banned until the project is reviewed?

yes it may cause false reports exist.but if the project is scratch friendly it won't get reported No support for that specific fix. If only a few people viewed it, it'd take just a couple reports to take down.

Semi-support. I agree with everyscratcher about this.

if only the scratch team would actually read the specific reasons for each report…. it sucks that people get jealous just because someone else's project gets popular

I don't think it's safe if this gets implemented, because then, users will know how many reports it takes to mass report a project.
