§3.2 You may not post, or share content that is not constructive, including the one that you post.

Remove or update §4.4 of the ToU

Idea:
4.4 You may only submit user-generated projects that are compatible with (1) the Scratch website editor or (2) an unmodified copy of the Scratch editor released by the Scratch Team. You may not upload any projects that require a modified version of the Scratch editor to open.

Don't you have to upload it through the Scratch Project? It's a bit of a loophole but you're using the project editor to set up your work before you present it.

Remove the Community Guidelines or remove the Terms of Use
The Community Guidelines exist in order to ensure a friendly and safe website for all ages. Removing them completely would mean anyone could post anything they wanted, which would place a lot of chaos into the Scratch website, and generally would not make it very friendly or inviting for all ages.

The Terms of Use exist for legal reasons, and cannot be shortened. In particular, the privacy policy ensures that the Scratch Team will be able to take down projects that use the servers illegally, whether shared or unshared. If you disagree with either the Community Guidelines or the Terms of Use, then please do not use Scratch.

This is not about removing the whole Terms of Use, just one clause that's outdated.

The title says “ToU §4.4”, which is the outdated clause. But I think I will change it to “§4.4 of the ToU” so it's easier to understand.
