Customer Rules

1. Do not spam this forum.
   
2. You must be patient. We are not robots and your order cannot be taken immediately.
   
3. Ask for any changes wanted in a professional and polite way.
   
4. Give credit to Cloudy Sky and the worker who took your order whenever you use one of our services if it is not watermarked or it is a studio thumbnail.
   
5. Do not attempt to remove the watermark.
   
6. The order form must be filled in correctly in order for your order to be placed in the Orders Center/Centre.
   
7. If the deadline is “ASAP” you have no right to complain if your order is late.
   
8. If it is not your order deadline and your order has not been taken, you have no right to complain.

Staff Page

Hi there, staff and aspiring staff! This is your page! Looking for the customer page?

Staff

Board of Directors (BoD)

1. Founder - Founded the shop, can close it down. Can start a new forum and become the new president if necessary. Has no control over the current shop UNLESS they are the president. CANNOT BE CHANGED. Milkysplash
   
2. President - Can do everything but shut the shop down (can pass over presidency to a new person though!) and change who the founder is. Milkysplash
   
3. Vice-President - Can do anything but call activity checks, votes and change the BoD. BY ELECTION (OPEN)
   
4. Secretary - Organises the UOC, BUMPS the topic. BY ELECTION (OPEN)
   
5. Assistant Secretary - Assists the Secretary. APPOINTED BY THE SECRETARY.
   
6. Human Resources Manager - Sorts out disputes and give strikes. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Staff Standards

With Customers - Conduct

1. You must act in a professional way.
   
2. Orders must be quality. One not-high-quality order will result in a warning (!) and then a strike (*)
   
3. You must quote the post you are replying to. If the customer is not quoting the post, explain to them that they should do this.
   
4. If an order is late, apologize.
   
5. Notify customers where they have asked to be notified, and unless they are being notified on this forum, link the forum post with their completed order.
   
6. Orders must be given in a project full of all of Cloudy Sky orders you have taken.
   
7. If a customer orders a banner explain to them that we only sell thumbnails.
   

With Staff - Conduct

1. You respect someone more senior than you.
   
2. You must show the same respect to other workers as you do to customers. How do you want to be treated?
   
3. You cannot have a random chat on this forum with other staff members.
   

All staff must follow this forum.

Warning Systems

Activity and Strikes

1. Failure to respond to an activity check within 72 hours (3 days) results in a strike.
   
2. Three strikes and you will be fired.
   
3. If you're on the BoD, if you receive one strike you will be demoted.
   

Warnings
2 warnings equal 1 strike.
Warnings will be given for…

1. Improper conduct
   
2. Bad quality orders
   
3. Failure to comply with rules
   

Training

All new staff will go through an application process with training. If you fail you must wait two weeks before reapplying.

Hi there! Your order is now complete! You can find it here. Just click the screen, then take a look at your thumbnail. If you want any changes, tell me. Since you also said that this would be for a welcome project, I also double-watermarked it (once with my username, once with Cloudy Sky Thumbnails) because 200 characters is not a lot of space! So you don't have to give credit to us in text if you don't want to. I wasn't sure if you wanted to keep the project unshared or just share it, so I did this instead.
