Change the 120 sec rule to 90 seconds

I mean, 120 seconds is too long. I know why, but 90 seconds is shorter than 120, but longer than 60.

It's really not that long. It's there to mostly prevent trolls, and if you do get annoyed by this, deal with it

Change the 120 sec rule to 90 seconds

The 120 second slowmode is put in place to prevent spam. It is very effective, and gives New Scratchers time to think about what they wrote.

However, if you are not a New Scratcher (That is, Scratcher or Scratch Team), the slowmode is 60 seconds instead of 120.
In short, the slowmode minimizes spam. It also minimizes the chances of breaking the community guidelines.

Generally, the wait is not long. 60 and 90 seconds are not too long, and neither is 120.

No support, the 120 second rule was placed to prevent spam and Scratchers have the 60 second rule so if New Scratchers have the 60 second rule then it will just be the same as the Scratchers.

Why 10 seconds? It's too fast, you just need to be patient, 60 seconds and 120 seconds are not too long.

10.1 Remove the 60 Second Rule
The “60 Second Rule” refers to the fact that Scratchers need to wait 60 seconds after posting in the forums before they are able to post again (120 seconds for New Scratchers). While this may seem annoying, it is extremely effective against spam. Moreover, it can require users to carefully think about what they have typed before posting. You generally do not have to wait for very long between forum posts anyway; it is just 60 seconds.
I'm positive this applies to changing the rule as well…

What? That would increase the spam rate by a lot. And who needs to post every ten seconds? I mean, really, unless you're having a live chat there really is no reason to do that. And because a Scratch doesn't have live chat, it's useless.
