REMOVE RISING ACCOUNTS!

No support. Even if you might not use them for a while, they will eventually get to them. An average Scratcher would have one alt account and one tutor account.
Average Scratcher? Place where you found this information, please.

REMOVE RISING ACCOUNTS!

I was about to say support, but then I realized which account I was on, and thought that alts are okay, even the ST says, but XRises, XRises Again, and (username)IV, etc… are really annoying.

Look, it clutters up Scratch, and nearly 90% of the old accounts NEVER GET USED. When they don't get used, they clutter up scratch. Also, why not just keep the current account?
1.a.I'm in the 10% then.
1.b.what about namesnipes? like @pie, @epic, and @fail?
2.what if you get hooked on useless things like Add Yourself, and you want a new account not cluttered with it?
The namesnipe accounrts are created by the scratch team to prevent spam accounts, that is why they are never used.
Are you sure that's the same with @make?

Then delete the projects, all of them, and start a fresh title with your old account.
What if you still have useful projects on your original account?

dude341 wrote:

+10 Mega Support These accounts are created just because a person reaches 100 projects (there is no shared project limit).
One does that to avoid clutter.
Some don't do that to avoid clutter. There's a guy called Turg/Tungster/random mixel name Comedian and he has like 20 accounts and he makes 50 projects a day with just a number

Most avatars aren't Tokis and Triangulums, but there are recolors of Felipebross called Brosses, objects, M shields, Catxels, recolors of BFDI characters, recolors of Mixels, Koopatroopaman recolors, and they're all “OCs.” Some people are also outside of Scratch, for example, Roblox and YouTube. That includes fake TV channels, for example, “EyeFish Network,” that has the all the same shows that every network copy their ideas. Aarex is really the most infamous Scratcher for moving accounts like a million times. There are many username trends here, so here is my list:

UsernameRises

UsernameChannel

UsernameReturns

UsernameIsBack

UsernameAgain

CharacterComedian

GenericNameTV

I don't think it's that big of a deal. You can have as many ALTs as you want as long as you don't break the rules on them. C'mon. I have a lot of ALTs (but I stopped using my old ones) and I'm fine.

And why is this a problem? Why can't we let these people have alternate accounts? I have some myself, why can't I? Does it really matter? Like, how does this affect you? It's not doing anything to hurt Scratch; I think it's fine.

REMOVE RISING ACCOUNTS!

A non-quantitative implementation of this suggestion already exists; if a user is creating a lot of accounts to spam/circumvent a ban/try to harm Scratch in general then it's reportable according to the Community Guidelines

No Support. Alternate unused accounts are fine. Look at the users who have this description. And are they banned? No.

No support because [username protected by this] is one of my favorite scratchers, and banning them is just unfair.

Define ‘hardly used’ and ‘long time’

sparkflyer wrote:

Alright, this is VERY common, but I don't like these types of accounts. They clutter up scratch. I would like you to make another rule in scratch, and notify the rising accounts, to stop and only have a few ALT's, likes tests, designs, music, etc,. And, it gets annoying seeing even more accounts after “rising” ones.
Do they clutter up Scratch? I don't think so. They aren't that common. I mean, I haven't seen one. Perhaps 1 in 50 Scratchers use these type of accounts.

REMOVE RISING ACCOUNTS!

I feel like that would be too hard to manage. I feel like maybe inactive accounts with nothing on them (ex: @seven, @007, etc) should just disappear; but that's probably a bad idea.

I'm okay with test, and maybe one restart, but why make a new account when you get x amount of projects? I'm doing a new start soon, but that's it. Support!

What do you mean? Removing New Scratcher rank? Please read the sticky ok?
No, I mean the (spam) accounts, that people create when they get (x) amount of projects.
What? What spam accounts, alternates? Please be more in-depth?
When a user reaches a certain amount of projects, they may create a “rises” account. More here

What's wrong with it, though? Why does it deserve a ban? Maybe calm down and think this one over…
