About
Panda’s Studio is an art shop with only one person! That one person is @PndaGmr978 and likes to be called Panda. When you order, she will look through the order make sure that she can do it and it’s not too hard. Then it will go into the order list and will be finished in less than a week!
Please read through the terms and conditions before ordering. Also use our order form, not a form from another shop. If you didn’t read the terms and condition or/and don’t use our form then I won’t be able to do your order.

Terms & Conditions

1. Follow the Community Guidelines.
1.1. Please be respectful, keep personal info private, (real last name, address, phone number, etc.) be honest, and keep this shop friendly.
2. Do not copy.
2.1. Do not copy this shop or any part of it. If you want to do something very familiar please ask me first.
2.1.1. If you copy the shop or any part of it you will get reported.
2.2. If you see me make a very cool art piece for someone do not copy it.
2.2.1. If you want an art piece I made for someone please ask me first.
3. Do not give hate to me or another customer.
3.1. If you give hate three times in this shop, you will be put on the banned list.
4. Do not spam.
4.1. If you spam in this shop you will get reported and put on the banned list.
5. Don’t ask to work here.
5.1. If you ask to work here I will remind you this is a one person shop. If it continues I will give you a warning. Once you get 3 warnings your on the banned list.
5.1.1. (Warning system) If you ask 5 times to work here, you will get 1 warning. That means if you ask to work here 15 times you’re banned from the shop.
6. Do not demand or be angry because I didn’t respond right away.
6.1. We all live in different time zones and that means that I could be sleeping when you’re awake.
6.2. I live in CST. (Central Standard Time zone) That goes through Mexico, USA, and Canada.
7. Have fun!
7.1. If you don’t have fun then you’re going to be forced to have fun…
7.1.1. You’re not forced to have fun, but I recommend you to have fun!
7.2. The code word that you need to order is. “Rain”
7.2.1. Please hide the code word in a sentence or something on the “Did you read the Terms and Conditions?” line.
7.3. Customers don’t have to read further than this.
8. Partnering.
8.1. If you partner with “Panda Studios” that means you agreed to getting extra orders.
8.1.1. If an order is too hard for me or out of my style then I will be giving the order to you.
8.2. If you partner with “Panda Studios” that means that you’re able to give art orders to us.
8.2.1. If an art order is not being completed in your shop then you can give it to us. Also give us the day they ordered.
8.3. The code word for partnering is. “Thunder”
8.3.1. Please hide the code word in a sentence or something on the “Did you read the Terms and Conditions?” line.
9. Advertising.
9.1. You need to fill out the advertising form for your scratch account to start advertising.
9.2. You can only advertise federations, your own shop, (if you don’t want to partner) and stuff that belongs on the forums.
9.2.1. If you advertise your/a profile, a project, or a studio your advertising permissions will disappear. You can fill out the form again, but if it happens 3 times you will get banned from advertising.
9.3. The codeword you need to start advertising is. “Lightning”
9.3.1. Please hide the codeword in a sentence or something on the “Did you read the Terms and Conditions?” line.
10. Federations.
10.1. This shop will only join active federations that will help this shop.
10.1.1. If the federation is falling inactive, Panda’s Studio will leave the federation.
10.1.2. If Panda’s Studio joins a federation that says that they will help your shop, but doesn’t. It will leave the federation.
10.2. This shop will only be in 3 federations at the time.
10.3. Shop Directories do not count as an federation in Panda’s Studio.
10.3.1. Panda’s Studio won’t join any 3rd party shop directories and will always stay in “The Shopping Mall (Ⓢⓗⓞⓟ Ⓓⓘⓡⓔⓒⓣⓞⓡⓨ 12.0!!!)”

FAQ
The questions are frequently asked questions in all shops and some of them can be frequently asked questions in an one person shop.

Q.1.: What is a forum shop?
A.1.: A forum shop is somewhere where anybody on Scratch can order something for their project, studio, etc. They can order code, art, thumbnails, etc.
Q.2.: What is an one person shop?
A.2.: An one person shop is just like a shop, but only has one person that does all the work.
Q.3.: What services do you have here?
A.3.: We only do art here, but art of all kind. I can make banners, logos, art pieces, etc.
Q.4.: How do I order?
A.4.: Read the terms and conditions (and I recommend “The Art PndaGmr978 CAN do and CAN’T do”) first. Then press the form link down below and copy and paste the order form. Lastly, fill out the order form then submit it. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q.5.: When will my order be finished?
A.5.: Your order will be finished in less than a week. I will try to give an estimate on what day your order will be finished when I look through your order form.
Q.6.: Can I request a deadline?
A.6.: No, you can’t request a deadline unless you have a good reason for it. Good reason- “I need it finished in 3 days, because my cousin is moving away and I want to send them a project before it happens. I need some good art to put in the project.” Bad reason- “I need it finished by tomorrow, because I want it finished by tomorrow even though I’m going to share the project next week.”
Q.7.: What if you don’t get back to me in 24 hours after I submitted my order?
A.7.: I might be busy that day and you can check if there is a notice on the first post about that day. The notice will contain when I will come back and why I won’t be active. Orders will be delayed, so if I finished your order later then a week it’s because I was busy in the real world.
Q.8.: Where can I become a worker here?
A.8.: You can’t become a worker here since it’s an one person shop. I might hire someone later on to help me with advertising and keeping track of orders. That will only happen if this shop becomes popular, but otherwise this is an one person shop. (More info on consequences of asking if you can work here is in the spam section of the Terms & Conditions.)
Q.9.: What if I’m not happy with my order?
A.9.: If you’re not happy with your order you can fill out the review form telling why. If you want it redone then you can go find another shop. (I might give you some suggested shops.)
Q.10.: Can you partner with my shop?
A.10.: Read the Terms & Conditions and press the form link down below. Copy and paste the partnering form and fill it out. Submit it and wait for my response of yes or no. (Most likely to be yes if you have a potential of surviving a month)
Q.11.: Can I advertise here?
A.11.: Please read the Terms and Conditions to find the info on that.
Q.12.: What if you quote my review on the first post, but I don’t want it up there?
A.12.: Please contact my on my profile if that ever happens.
Q.13.: Can I come here again and be treated like I’m a new customer?
A.13.: You can always come here again and everybody is treated the same.
Q.14.: What if I don’t like your religion or opinion on politics?
A.14.: We don’t discuss that in this shop.
Q.15. Do I have to have fun?
A.15. I want to fun in this shop and I’ll be making ways to make this shop fun!
