I joined 2 years and 8 months ago just like you, so no.
I use Chrome 83, Windows 10, and a Lenovo computer. It also displays my local timezone on my iOS devices.

It looks like it does depend on the browser: Edge says you posted at 15:13:54 and Firefox said it was 19:13:54. Neither of these are in the correct time zone: the first is EDT (I think) and the second is UTC.

That's weird, because I'm in AEST and I've never seen the forum time match mine. I don't have edge or firefox but I might be able to get on another computer and test from there.

They all said 03:55 even when the system clock's timezone wasn't.

Oh no now everything is 30 minuets ahead… okay this is StrAnGE because it was still the normal hour difference before ahhhh!!!
EDIT: As soon as I posted it that was all back to normal o-o… yet it was different last time I posted.

As I said before, for me Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge) show times in EDT and Firefox in UTC.

This is odd because I use safari (proof: My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.15.4, Safari 13.1, No Flash version detected) and for like a week the time was in my local time (BST, British Summer Time) but now it’s back to EST (or whichever timezone it actually is xD). It has never been set to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time (you could also call it UTC)) or BST (yes, Britain has two different time zones for summer and winter, summer is UTC+1 and winter is UTC).
