Can the OP add https://forums.scratchstats.com/search ? It lets you search only in Suggestions by adding category:Suggestions to the query.

You can also do this link instead of the scratch.mit.edu/discuss/ to search for suggestions: scratch.mit.edu/discuss/1/

No, because URLs of suggestion don't start with scratch.mit.edu/discuss/1/.
