Do any of you understand instantaneous velocity and instantaneous speed from graphs?, because that is the one that I,m having trouble understanding it.

instantaneous speed is the speed that an object is moving at, at a particular moment in time. An example of the graph form is if the x axis is the time and y axis is the distance and they give you an acceleration of 3.5 m/s/s and they say the object starts at rest. The instantaneous speed at 2 seconds will be 7 m/s
