I like blues and jazz
but I also like electronic music like garage and trap…

I used to listen to country. Then I started to listen to alternative rock.
Now I mainly listen to Christian music, though I sometimes listen to alternative rock and pop music. Basically, I like all kinds of music, but alternative rock/pop is my favorite.

I kind of go through these phases where I listen to a certain kind of music, but then I find out about a bunch of different bands in a different genre and I get into that, discarding my previous phase. Here's an obscure example, a couple years ago, before I listened to most of the stuff I listen to now, I sort of went through this hair metal phase where all I listened to was people like Ratt, Europe, Autograph, and Van Halen - but that was before my music taste really developed.

Right now, I'm really enjoying artists in the Britpop, IDM, electronica, 60's British Invasion, and 90's indie pop genres.

Alternative.

80s Hardcore Punk
Black Flag
The Germs
Dead Kennedys
Bad Religion
Descendents
Misfits
etc.

Pop and country and some rock

Rap. Some jazz. Some classical as long as it's not too long.

hard rock

Metal and hard rock, with some alternative. And of course, there's the occasional pop or rap song that's just so stupid that it's cool.

I enjoy classical from time to time, but generally don't like electronic music.
