Make Projects Removed by the Scratch Team Unable to Be Downloaded by 3rd Party Websites

These third party programs provide a historical archive for deleted projects.
While they may be used for malicion, I believe that it might be helpful for some to be able to view these.
In fact, isn't the whole point of these programs to view deleted projects?

Yes, but I mean that only projects which were removed by the Scratch Team for breaking the CGs can't be downloaded. Any other project can be downloaded.

I would support it, but I don't think it is possible.

As previously mentioned, they could download it before in gets banned.

Or you can use a website time machine thing and find it anyway.

But you can't run the project because the Wayback machine doesn't support the latest of WebGL.

I have an idea when a project gets deleted, (removed).

Imgur is banned on Scratch - I think. Please refrain from posting Imgur images in the future.

Again, a site can download it.

I don't know how much scratch can do about this

Using this flowchart with Scratchblocks(this should make sense):
if <project=banned by ST> then

if <request for project=true> then
say to client[403 error]
end

else
Download Project
end

No support. I know cloud projects with blacklists are not allowed on Scratch because anyone can view them by clicking see inside, but what if you wanted to put it on a website where you couldn't see the code?

But the project still relies on the Scratch servers, so it isn't allowed, even if it's on another website.

I don't know if fair use comes into play here, but if not, surely the ST could sue third party websites for uploading removed projects (I'm not sure on who owns the projects legally, however)

Mega support. This will help prevent users from re-sharing CG-breaking content.

Probably by actually replacing the project with and empty project.
