Add Cat Blocks as a sprite

For many, Cat Blocks were the highlight of April Fools day. They, however, could not stay, as the Scratch Team says that they distract from coding, which many people didn't like because Cat Blocks are cute. So now we have a problem. People want Cat Blocks because they are cute, but the Scratch Team doesn't keep them in because they are distracting. My solution to this is to add a Cat Block to the sprite library. This way, Cat Blocks would be able to stay while it doesn't distract from coding.

And you're wrong. April Fools jokes can stay. Just look no further than the Neigh Pony sprite. The sprite originally was added as an April Fools joke, as a reference to My Little Pony. But, it's still in the sprite library, and you can use it easily in your projects. So if Neigh Pony can stay, why not Cat Blocks?

Support, but there should be some explanation.

Like, when you open the sprite package there should be a comment explaining what cat blocks are all about.

It would increase fun and more importance to Scratch history lol

I think this suggestion could bring more uneeded attention to the catblocks, and we would have a whole new wave of “BRING THEM BACK!”

At least it isn't bringing back the actual catblock. It is a nice compromise, and could actually end the big wave

Trends come and go - why would this specific funny thing be an issue? And also, why would people request the blocks back when they're implemented?

it took us a whole month to get rid of the craze for catblocks (on the forums at least)…

@Za-Chary* said he didn't want to call attention to the cat blocks. That's why he feared when I tried to create a workaround with the cat blocks. If you need a cat block sprite, just use this.

Right here. This is where he said,

I was told by a Scratch Team member not to add “Bring back the cat blocks” to the rejected suggestions sticky because it might call more attention to the cat blocks. I fear the same thing would happen with this suggestion.

Cat blocks were an April Fool's 2020 Joke, and a lot of people didn't like them.

Again, for those ignoring my post, you can find a cat block sprite here. Besides, this could attract attention to the cat blocks, and @Za-Chary* himself said,

as mentioned previously above, this might bring more unneeded attention to the cat blocks.
if you really want to use them as a sprite, just backpack one from the multiple projects that have a screenshot of it.
also, the neigh pony was already a sprite…

that catblock is more of a stylized version, but im sure you can find more accurate renditions if you search around a bit.
