Hey, hey, hey! A new sticky! Anyway, you should probably add something about closing a forum thread. A general idea:After making a suggestion
(Skip 1 and 2)
3. Closing a topic
Within 24 hours, you will have the option to close your topic. A button will appear on the bottom left corner of your screen that says, “Close topic”. If you've been convinced that you don't like your topic, then within 24 hours, you can close it. Keep in mind that once you close it, you cannot open it again. Only two people can close your topic:
-You
-A Scratch Team member
If a Scratch Team member rejects your topic, then they will give an explanation of why, close it, and usually send it to the Official List of Rejected Suggestions. If your topic gets rejected, you usually won't get banned, unless it's inappropriate. Don't worry, though, just keep in mind to be respectful in your topic.
Common Reasons a Scratch Team member rejects a topic:
-It has been previously rejected. (See The Official List of Rejected Suggestions.)
-It is a duplicate (they will provide links to that duplicate, and will ask to bring the conversation there.)
-It gets rejected (sometimes, it won't go to the rejected suggestions if it's inappropriate or Za-Chary* doesn't want to call attention to it.)
You should probably put it in your own words, though. The reason I'm asking you to add this is because I didn't know about closing topics at first, and neither will any Scratchers that are new to the forums.
Other than that, this is very useful, and it will reduce “support and no support”, suggesting rejected suggestions, duplicates, etc.
Edit: Fixed grammatical problems.
I don't think this is necessary to add.
The reason why is I've already explicitly stated to be sure of your suggestion before making it.
Also, when a Scratch team member closes a topic they will provide reasons why.
Thank you for the suggestion though

Hello ST, this is EpicGamer42021. I have been brought an issue by some other scratchers. You may have heard of this issue, and it is called false advertising. This is killing popular scratcher's creativity because they know their project will just get taken down immediately. However, I have an idea, if the report bot automatically takes down projects without looking over them, then what if the report bot didn't take down the projects, but gave them to you to look over first. Also, if you can see how many times someone has reported something, that could narrow down who's doing it. I think this will fix the issue that many scratchers have been dealing with, thank you for looking this over.

Please make your own topics for your suggestions. You're not allowed to suggest things on other suggestions, and, most likely, less people will notice them. Hello ST, this is EpicGamer42021. This is a great title, because it is very clear on your suggestion. Redesigns for Scratch
The problem is, it is not very clear. If everyone just said “redesigns for scratch” as their title, no one would use the suggestions forum! Something better might be:
(change/add/remove) (your item) to (short explanation, like, 5 words)
Again, this isn't even perfect, but it at least gives variability

Well, technically you could read it like this:
((2019) + (1)) // 2020
That comment is supposed to be that \/ thing at the bottom showing what it results in.
lol.
But no I still don't know how you get 2020

New suggestion:
I would very much appreciate it if the scratch team made an option to change your username. I know many users would want this. First of all, it would let you express yourself differently if you had a change of person. It would enable you to save your achievements and projects without creating a new account. If this would not work please tell me why. Thank you!

8.1 Changing usernames
If a user could change their username (or even set a certain “nickname”), this could be very confusing for the Scratch community, especially for those following that user. In addition, this would make moderation of the website more difficult because it would be harder for the Scratch Team to keep an eye on what a user may be doing. The Scratch Team has allowed username changes only on very rare occasions, such as if the username contained inappropriate content or personal information. Generally the Scratch Team does not change usernames on request (such as for reasons like “I do not like my current username anymore”).
However, because of the way that usernames are stored on the server, changing the cases of letters in your username (for example, changing @Za-Chary to @ZA-CHARY) is NOT rejected; you can discuss it on this topic.
Sorry this is rejected.
Also please make your own topic to suggest things.

Four people have already pointed that out, although I really only need one. Thanks, though.
