I don't want this to happen more than once on Scratch as well, so we should definitely add CAPTCHA.

An Exemption would be rank bots, to verify you would need a 1 month old or older account with a VALID AND VERIFIED Email Address, the rank bot account would have limited control and if it is broken the account (for the rank bot) gets deleted
