Don't do stupid things based on “You only live once”, if that's what you're asking. Your whole life could be negatively affected by doing stupid things (Smoking, Drinking, etc). Also, a lot of people are annoyed by all of this YOLO nonsense. Use good judgement.

As to being confused in life, what are you confused by?
