Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes Topic

Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes (KTaNE) is a cooperative game that is on Steam and consoles where one person (the defuser) attempts to defuse a bomb in a simulated room. However, that defuser does not know the instructions to defuse the bomb, and must succeed with the help of experts. These experts have access to the defusal guides, which can be found here, but cannot see the bomb, so everyone will have to communicate with each other.

Feel free to discuss the game in general, as well as the modules and some of the mods.

i've seen live streamers try to play this game, relying on the chat as the experts. a lot of them always try to mess it up

Wow, someone actually replied.
Some of the first videos I've seen were of Ash the Bash trying to defuse the Centurion. There are a lot of Twitch clips I've seen where the chat deliberately messes it up, like when they keep typing “edgework” in Twitch Plays.

Because this topic is starting to die in popularity, hHere are my favorite videos of Ash the Bash trying to defuse the Centurion:
Part 1
Part 2
(Language Warning)

I'm not kidding when I say I might be able to defuse it if I had the game. Of course, that would be without mods, because otherwise, it would be too many module types. It would also be a lot harder if I had a needy module.

another bump
I found a project that's a near replica of the actual game. The link to it is here. I'm planning on making one myself.

I don't have the game, but I got a $20 gift card so I might buy it on my Switch if I have time. Every single time that I've played, I had to EFM. (I didn't know what it meant until now.) I think modules like Crazy Talk are extremely easy if you do them by yourself, because otherwise, it's like a much harder version of Who's On First.

Get the steam version, it has mods.

The game without the mods is somewhat limited, especially if you can never find anyone to play with, so I still may not get it on the Switch. Maybe I'll get UNO or Monopoly instead, but I like KTaNE more.

I had forgotten about this topic for a while. I still like this game, but not as much as before.

I think I'll bump this topic.

I've gotten more interested in this game recently, but I still don't have it. I mostly watch a YouTuber called The Great Berate and sometimes look at some Twitch Plays streams.

I played this game with my cousin, and holy heck this game is really fun to play even though we were yelling at each other and were about to scream.

I just discovered the most amazing thing about this game: it just came out to mobile! Unfortunately, it's $9.99, so I probably won't get it.

I've recently been looking into the manual for Simon Stores, one of the hardest modules in the game. (Don't look at the link unless you want to get very confused.) I was able to decipher a bit of it, maybe the first half or so, but it only gets harder. Once I meet up with somebody, I want to try to program something to solve it with them. It won't be in Scratch because it'll probably be too complicated.

I saw Math and decided I was too tired to read that right now.
