The complete list of rejected suggestions - PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A TOPIC
I don't even know if it's worth putting here, since it's already strongly implied within the website, but I'll comment about it anyway: “Remove the Community Guidelines” is definitely rejected.

I may include it, although I don't really see why anyone would suggest it. I don't even know if it's worth putting here, since it's already strongly implied within the website, but I'll comment anout it anyway: “Remove the Community Guidelines” is definitely rejected.

i'm not sure if this should go here, but should “stop ”unfair“ bans” be added?

My opinions on each suggestion.
1. Don't we already have Discord for that?
2. Could be good for MAPs, but the loopholes would be off the roof.
3. You shouldn't be making projects that have secrets in them.
4. Fair, but we have no indication if a project is ACTUALLY bad.
5. No offence to any New Scratchers out there, but yeah, the forum is way better with these restrictions.
6. Only good for spelling mistakes… …and there are a lot more meanies than spelling teachers in the world.
7. Can't we make a separate site for 3D projects?
8. A what?
9. If people are really dedicated to achievements, why not just program achievements themselves?
10. While it would be good to change my username for a Halloween event, it would not be good for anything else.
11. The two different forums to replace the off-topic forum are just as good.
12. This doesn't sound good.
13. You know what ruined Roblox? MONEY.
14. Good thing including a rule against ONE PIXEL CHANGED REMIXES.
15. When I got upgraded to Scratcher, I was happy and wanted to see what other ranks I could get. One month later, I forgot all about the ranks.
16. I don't think the servers can handle it, but it's a good idea.
17. No. Not now, not ever. NEVER!
18. Understandable, but pretty much 67% of the images on the web aren't supported.
19. Who in their right minds WOULD reveal their phone number?
20. Fair.
21. They aren't too much of a problem.
22. I only want to block users who are REALLY being a problem, and the guidelines are way below that level.
23. Then what's the point of having a stop button?
24. The law doesn't decide voice banning. Your parents do.
25. Then literally nothing will be accepted.
26. It's your decision. (And if you say yes, you're a meanie-poopy-pants.)
27. They are annoying, but if there is a studio you actually like, you want to support it.
28. Moderate what?
29. Only if it goes over the edge.
30. Not too big of a problem, but WHY!?
31. Then the site will be stuck on an endless road.
32. Also fair.
33. Great, but what if people see a project, decide to look up what it's about, and get so scared they disappear forever?
34. Fantastic idea! listen to this youtube
35. There's only person who cares about your post count, and that's YOU!
36. Yeah, this idea is pretty stupid. And I'M the one who had it!
37. What if they come back? What if they have an 8 year holiday?
38. The servers would explode. TWICE!
39. What?
40. IF I SEE ONE MORE PERSON FROM THE HERALD ISLANDS-
41 and 42. Only proper reason is the Flash and HTML5 difference.
Also why isn't an IP Address block suggestion in here?

Allow me to clear up a few of these suggestions. My opinions on each suggestion.

Also why isn't an IP Address block suggestion in here?
For #1: I mean, I guess. Some people want such chatrooms on Scratch, though — which is understandably not okay (see #2 on private messaging).
For #8: Some people want a block that looks like this:
<broadcast [ v] received? :: events>
You can, of course, read the post as to why this won't be added.
For #14: Minor remixes are allowed within reason, of course. If you report a project for being an exact copy, a real human Scratch Team member will look at the project and see if there's any changes. They likely won't find the one pixel that's changed, so they'll take it down. I think this rule applies for any obvious changes, including recolors or different music.
For #18: That's why you upload any image to an image-hosting website, not just find a random one online. As long as it's not an inappropriate image, it should be fine.
For #23: I think the description says it quite well: “The stop sign is designed to stop all scripts in the project.” It is not to serve as a second green flag.
For #28: There's a lot of people who help around on the forums. However, some users think these helpers are “mini-mods” and attempting to moderate other Scratchers even if they're not on the Scratch Team. Most of the time, though, these helpers are just helping, which is why we don't need to moderate these mini-mods.
For #30: Pure speculation, but my best guess is that the forums are not as heavily moderated or protected as the main website is. Plus, the forums are more susceptible to New Scratchers posting spam, unrelated topics, thread hijacking, blockspamming, or necroposting. I think it's best to introduce people to the forums via a comments section (“If you'd like help with your scripts, post in the Help With Scripts forums!”).
For #39: Some people want some sort of visual that lets you know if a user is currently using Scratch — an “online indicator”. You can read the reason as to why this is rejected.
For IP address block: Has anyone suggested it? Generally this post is for popular existing suggestions that are rejected by the Scratch Team. I recall one person asking why a “delete account Scratch block” wasn't in the list, and it was simply because no one suggested it.
I hope this helps!

A “go to middle” block is now rejected: https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/discuss/topic/341878/
Reasoning:
Reasoning:
We want Scratchers to become familiar with the Scratch coordinate system - so I don't think we are likely to want to create a special block that discourages learning about it. But thanks for taking the time to put together this suggestion

Have you chosen anyone yet? Since I've essentially left Scratch, I've decided to pass this job on to someone else.
Me, perhaps? I've gotten approval from @Paddle2See for it — I just need the “O.K.” from you!
