Digital Rights Managment

I am making a script called Simple Admin. I do not want people using the script without my permission. Is there anyway I can add a DRM system to prevent use of script without permission?

No. That's not in the spirit of Scratch.

Strong DRM without custom hardware is impossible (and even then, it is usually only a matter of time and dedication).

So I can not protect my projects. Can I ask for a take down if someone uses my project without permission.

If it was actually used without your permission, yes, you could file a DMCA takedown notice. However, by uploading your project to Scratch, you automatically grant everyone permission to remix it under the terms of the CC BY-SA 2.0 license. If you falsely file a takedown notice despite this, you are committing perjury, which is a felony.

Is there a script that restricts use of my project?

No. If you want to, then you can use the offline editor and avoid sharing your project on scratch. As long as it's not on scratch you can license it however you would like (eg all rights reserved – but if it contains default costumes or sounds then you cannot license those).
