Detection for right mouse or left mouse button
Instead of the plain
block, there should be a dropdown like this:
<mouse down?>
block, there should be a dropdown like this:
<[right v] mouse down?>

Good suggestion!
But why would we need a right mouse option…
I'm indifferent

The normal reason for this suggestion being denied is that when right clicking it brings up the Flash menu.
But what about in the editor - it doesn't bring up the Flash menu when you right-click! So I think this should be possible. Support.

+0.9375. As AonymousGuy said, it'll bring up a menu.

Not for me…
(BTW, clicking on the globe gives me this: “, Flash 13.0 (release 0)”. I am using Chrome 35.0.1916.114.

0%. You may notice flash games and HTML games never use right-click. In fact, the only games that use right-click I can think of use the entire screen, such as Steam games or Mac games from the App store.
This is because, for the internet, right-click opens options.
I've said this a million times, but
This will never be on scratch.
Griffpatch has a shift detector. Try making a shift click sensor like right clicking.

Wow, so a game where you'd have to see inside to play! How convenient for everyone!

I'm saying that I would think Flash applets would behave the same way. Please tell me with sufficient evidence if I am wrong.

Point being, if it works in the editor, it can work in the player.
EDIT: The quoting won't work…

I support it!
Instead of < mouse down?> for the scratchblocks, do < mouse down? :: sensing>, and it will look like this:

The workaround does not work in Scratch 2.0. Support despite the workaround.
