I just got an idea for Scratch 2.0. How about for the “Make A Block” there could be blocks like the “forever”, and “if <> then” block.

You can add a block to your backpack.

For a forever loop inside a definition block, just put the block you'd apply to other scripts on the end of it's own definition. I tried it and it worked. But it won't continue after you do that…

There is currently no estimate as to when cloud lists come out, unfortunately. The Scratch Team is still programming the storage mechanism for that.
