Leaders can also raise concerns like is this person good enough to you. If you would agree, tell me, and I will find help for them.

Whoa! Your disney stuff looks so awesome, sounds so awesome, is so awesome! Sorry, the staffroom was meant to be the page our staff, but well done for looking! I think you should definately go for artwork leader - you do some and supervise all artwork quality. If you see someone who you think - really are they that good? Then tell our deputy, who will pass it on to me to maybe get help and support. Okay, totally accepted!
