The most stuff of wiki is outdated and I saw scratchers copying that ,
Can I suggest things to update in wiki here ?

So have you joined the Wiki, or are you not? If you are, you can use https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Scratch_Wiki:Frequently_Asked_Questions (FAQs) https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Scratch_Wiki_talk:Community_Portal (Community Portal) https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Help:HTML (How To Edit), or just ask someone on their Talk Page (Remember to sign with ~~~~). If you haven't joined, you can use the Example Request notes for the do's and don'ts of requesting. Hope I helped!

Well, you should probably read the Welcome tutorial if you haven't yet. If you're confused as to how to do stuff to pages, the pencil menu is the place to go. You can also look at the other Help pages for more instructions.

Well, it appears like you don't have a Wiki account. You can first start off by requesting an account. If you get accepted, Whoo Hooo! You can now edit freely on most places on the Wiki. Hope this helped
