You can manually close the topic 24 hours after it was created, by clicking the “Close Topic” button that appears at the bottom-left side of the screen on the topic page.

Alternatively, you can report the OP asking for it to be closed, and a mod will close it for you.

Go over to a button where it says “Close Topic” or something like that. Then, it will be closed.
Just know that it must be at least 24 hours old to be closed.
