Yes it clearly does. I've that mockup screen many times!So you're trolling, please don't. There is a very, very small chance that you are mistaken that a mockup screen is the same thing as an error screen (a mockup is a proof of concept, not an actual thing) and you are confusing 404 or 403 with 410, so I'm pretty sure you're trolling

Okay, I made a mistake, but how am I trolling because of an accident.Yes it clearly does. I've that mockup screen many times!So you're trolling, please don't. There is a very, very small chance that you are mistaken that a mockup screen is the same thing as an error screen (a mockup is a proof of concept, not an actual thing) and you are confusing 404 or 403 with 410, so I'm pretty sure you're trolling
Anyway, no support. No need to tell the difference.

I think 410 should be for excluded accounts
If it is the Banned account, the 403

Good sugestion!Deleted, not excluded. Excluded means pretty much the same thing as banned.

Also, a banned account should be a 404 like it is currently, making people not wonder what happened.

Wouldn't there be the issue of rumors going around whether or not the user is permabanned or not? Considering a 410 error would signify the webpage is never coming back, I feel it would cause quite a bit of drama.
Also, I somehow doubt that the resources are fully purged - I can still access permanently removed projects via another resource (unless I'm somehow am confusing that with a 404 error because it's still accessible).

chances are that 410 errors don't actually exist on this siteyou should read this maybe
obviously i don't know how the actual db works but:
in the user db there is probably a column for each user that determines if they are banned or not (explaining why you can view their projects)
the backend displays the 404 page if this column is true
