Actually, i can't, sorry. i though i could, but apparently i can't. I can tell you how to get the one you made in your shop, though.

1. Save your banner.
2. Go to cubeupload.com and put your file there. Copy the image address or whatever.
3. Edit your shop page, and click ‘image’ then paste the image address.

there are also many shops that can make you banners.
