Semi-support, here are reasons why:

1. New Scratchers will eventually get to know if topics in gray or blue are closed or not, just like I learned.

2. The Scratch Team is probably busy with other things than having this added.

3. There might be a Scratch website to read about forum titles if they are blue or not and what it means.

2, Then they can add it whenever they want, I'm not forcing them to add it
