Support- it would help to stop the clutter of closed threads that show up in that forum.

Support, less clutter and unneeded topics in that forum.
There's too many people who don't understand what that forum was made for.

Full support! It would reduce the number of unneeded guides that get created and consequently have to be closed.

Yeah! The New Scratchers forum is unnecessarily full of closed and spammy topics. Full support! It would reduce the number of unneeded guides that get created and consequently have to be closed.

FIrstly, how could you move or close topics in that forum? You're not an ST member, are you?
Secondly, how about Scratchers that spent seven hours in their first day on Scratch making projects, looking at other projects and favoriting/loving them, etc. and went inactive for a year after that? Then they log in, ooh, a Scratcher invitation, yes yes, I want that, then forgot to even say hello and visit the New Scratcher forum!

ooh, a Scratcher invitation, yes yes, I want that, then forgot to even say hello and visit the New Scratcher forum!I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's not how that works. A new scratchers needs to be active in the community or be active in making projects for at least two weeks to become a Scratcher. Well, okay, let's say they've been active for two weeks, they ignore their messages including the one that said they can be a Scratcher, then became inactive for a year. Would the Scratcher invitation still exist by then?ooh, a Scratcher invitation, yes yes, I want that, then forgot to even say hello and visit the New Scratcher forum!I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's not how that works. This can be live saving because the new scratchers forum is always filled with guides, and spam. Also, if a new scratcher wants to say hi, they can do that in the group welcoming topic.
