Support. It would help stop confusion among younger scratchers.

Full support. It should also be stressed that this should only be done with people you know in real life, if it isn't already.

Support, it's best to have the rules in places where they can be seen.

Support though this isn't the only weird/less obvious rule of scratch I once got a alert saying this “We noticed you shared a studio about someone going through a tough time. Scratch is not a good place to work those feelings out. We hope your friend will seek help from an adult or help line. You can also suggest to your friend that they can chat online with a trained crisis counselor on www.imalive.org.” Though I don't know if this alerts will make me get a ban or it is just a notification rom the scratch team why they removed the projects or studios like what they did to the scratch team.
Also I don't know the scratcher who was going through an hard time in scratch. I support that these rules should be more obvious.
Do not blame the scratch team for this alert though.

Shared Account Rules

I've heard of an account named charles that is run by two ST members I'm pretty sure. That confused me because I also heard that sharing accounts was against the rules. I also feel that if you know the person in real life and you trust them and they do the same, you should have every right to share an account.

I agree, but if you make a shared account you should know the person in real life and trust them.
The problem is when the account breaks a rule(guideline) and one person didn't break the rule and so it's banned. It'll be difficult to deal with an appeal due to the shared ownership of such an account causing difficulty and confusion when trying to unban the account.
